What is the procedure for withdrawing from a course?
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling or postponing the participation of participant with a confirmed seat leads to wasted resources, as the training's capacity and resources cannot be fully utilized and prevents other participants from achieving their accreditation in time.
Therefore, in the event of a participant resigning, canceling, or postponing a scheduled program, the OE agrees to pay the following fees:
- Cancellation after the binding nomination has been confirmed by the P&C Academy will result in a cancellation fee of 500 EUR. This fee can be waived if a suitable substitute participant is provided by the OE (please refer to the section “Replacing Participants").
- Cancellation or postponement 12-8 calendar weeks prior to the first day of the training will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee for one participant.
- Cancellation or postponement less than 8 calendar weeks prior to the first day of the training results in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee for one participant.
In any case, the OE will bear any cancellation fees charged by hotels or other third-party providers. Payments made to the P&C Academy by the client as a result of cancellation or postponement cannot be used as a credit by the client for future P&C Academy programs, consulting or other Global P&C services or products.
Replacing Participants
Any named participant can be replaced with a substitute participant up to 4 weeks prior to the first day of the scheduled program.
- No replacements will be permitted after this deadline.
- Any names removed from the list of participants by the client after this deadline will be treated as a cancellation.
- The replacement participant must be eligible for the program. The P&C Academy reserves the right to decline any substitute participants.
