What happens if I miss a live virtual training session?
| Since virtual training are treated like face-to-face training, there will not be a recording available for participants. Please inform your program manager if you cannot attend a training session. |
What is the procedure for withdrawing from a course?
Cancellation Policy:Cancelling or postponing the participation of participant with a confirmed seat leads to wasted resources, as the training's capacity and resources cannot be fully utilized and prevents other participants from achieving their accreditation in time. Therefore, in the event of a participant resigning, canceling, or postponing a scheduled program, the OE agrees to pay the following fees:
