At the P&C Academy, we strive to support our students in their learning journey. To ensure you have ample opportunities to succeed, we have established a comprehensive examination retake policy. Below, you will find detailed information on how and when you can retake your exams.

Examination Attempts:

You have between 1 to 3 attempts to take the exam, depending on the specific course requirements. Successfully passing any of these attempts will qualify you for the Certificate of Completion for the course. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions, each with one correct answer. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass.

Retake Request Process:

If you do not achieve a passing score after exhausting all available attempts, you will need to request a reattempt for the exam. To do so, please contact pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com directly.

Please note that it will take approximately five working days for the P&C Academy to process your request and grant the retake attempt. Once your retake is available, you will receive an email notification from the P&C Academy.
