How many times can I take the exam?

You have between 1 to 3 attempts to take the exam, depending on the specific course requirements. You can choose which attempt you wish to take. Please note that if you do not finish within the time limit, the system will automatically submit your exam with the questions you have answered until that point in time.

If you don’t pass any of the attempt of the exam, you will not be able to receive the course completion certificate or the program completion certificate. If you do not achieve a passing score after all the attempts, please contact pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com for further assistance.

Once you complete the learning material of your training, you can proceed to take the exam. The exam will be available for you any time of the day on any day of the week.
