What happens if I encounter a technical issue during an exam or assessment?
- If you encounter internet connectivity issues or accidentally close the webpage, your answers will be saved until you reconnect to the exam page. However, please note that the exam timer will continue running during this period.
- If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or continuing the exam, please take a screenshot to record the error. You can submit your request at the P&C Academy Learning Platform | Resolution Center or contact us via email at pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com. We will review your issue and take the appropriate actions.
