Why can I not login using SSO?

SSO access is restricted and therefore unavailable for participants from OEs that are not synced to the Central AD. If this is the case for your OE, we cannot offer SSO for you (please check the FAQ Page in Moodle to see whether your OE is part of this group). In this case, you must use the manual login path when accessing the platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and are working on a technical solution to offer SSO for you as well at the earliest possible time. Currently we are aware of the following OEs/partner being affected by this issue:
