What should I do if I forget my password?
| If you've forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page. Follow the instructions to reset your password via your registered email address or your registered Login Name. How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to the P&C Academy Learning Platform, and go you’re your profile (top right corner of your homepage). Click on “Profile” to see your personal information. Under “User details” you can select “Edit profile” to change your personal information and change your password. Please remember to choose a strong password that meets the Allianz security requirements. |
Can I update my personal information or email address in the Moodle workspace?

Why can I not login using SSO?
|
SSO access is restricted and therefore unavailable for participants from OEs that are not synced to the Central AD. If this is the case for your OE, we cannot offer SSO for you (please check the FAQ Page in Moodle to see whether your OE is part of this group). In this case, you must use the manual login path when accessing the platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and are working on a technical solution to offer SSO for you as well at the earliest possible ... |
