Training Completion
How long after I finish the material will I receive the certificate of completion?
| Once you complete all the materials and pass the exam, you will be able to access the 'certificate of completion' for your digital certificate. Additionally, you will receive the certificate via email once you access it. This might take up to an hour. |
My certificate hasn’t been sent to me via email, why?
| Please remember to access the certificate in “Certification of completion” on the learning platform. Afterward you should receive the certificate by email soon. If not, please contact the P&C Academy Learning Platform | Resolution Center or contact us via email at pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com. |
How can I register my learning hours? Are the learning hours automatically reported to Degreed or Success Factors?
| There is no need for you to register your hours yourself, the P&C Academy reports your learning hours on a monthly basis. |
When can I start recording CPD hours, and is there extra time for 2024 hours?
| You can start recording CPD hours in October, with the exact date to be announced on our learning platform. There will be an extra three months in 2025 to record your 2024 learning hours.
