Examination Guideline

How to navigate Exams in the P&C Academy Learning Platform

Please enter the section titled "Examination and Certificate" (for eLearnings) or "After Training" (for face-to-face and virtual training) to find the Exam for the respective course. Here, you will find the description of the exam, including the duration, number of attempts allowed, and the passing grade.
Click on "Attempt quiz" to start the exam.
Please note that the time you have left in the exam will be displayed in a red box at the top right corner. The timer will continue counting down even if you close the window or lose internet connection.
On the left-hand side, you will find the "Flag question" option, allowing you to mark questions you want to revisit. You can click on "Remove flag" to clear the mark. Please note that this will not affect your exam results.
On the right-hand side, you will find the "Quiz navigation" table. Here, you can see an overview of the questions you have answered, not answered, or flagged. To navigate to a specific question, simply click on the corresponding number.
Submit your completed exam by clicking "Submit all and finish". Your exam will automatically submit when the time runs out.
After submission, you can review your exam results and grade.
If you do not achieve a passing score after exhausting all available attempts, you will need to request a reattempt for the exam. To do so, please contact pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com directly. Please note that it will take approximately five working days for the P&C Academy to process your request and grant the retake attempt. Once your retake is available, you will receive an email notification from the P&C Academy.
