Can I deregister from a course?
| You cannot deregister yourself from a course. To deregister from a course, you need to contact the P&C Academy Team, who will deregister you. |
Who can I contact if I have questions about a specific course or content?
| On the left side of every course page, you can find the trainer or program manager’s contact information. Please feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions regarding the course or content. |
What should I do if a course is not loading properly?
| If a course isn't loading correctly, please check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If none of these steps work, contact our technical support team for assistance. You can submit your request at the P&C Academy Learning Platform | Resolution Center or contact us via email at pcacademy_learning_support@allianz.com. |
